Our StoryHow it all began
Le Mimosa was born from our long-standing inspiration by France and its celebrated Azure Coast. This region captivated us with its culture, gastronomy and relaxed atmosphere, which we wanted to bring here to Zlín. Our goal was to create a place where people can meet, savour quality food and drinks, and experience French-style comfort that delights and inspires.
Our French connections
Our ties to France are deeply personal. Our aunt, Czech artist Daniela Foltýnová, has lived on the Azure Coast for over 40 years and has long inspired us through her artistic work. From this blend of tradition, fine gastronomy and friendly atmosphere, Le Mimosa was born – a place where every day you can look forward to moments of comfort, quality coffee and gastronomic experiences worth sharing.
