Bubbles on the Embankment – Second Edition

Following the very positive response to the first edition, the beloved summer event Bubbles on the Embankment returns to Zlín this year.
On Saturday, June 6th, 2026, the embankment will transform into a place full of music, good food, relaxation and above all, quality sparkling wines from France and Spain.

Music Programme

13:00–15:00 | Jazz Indeed

A relaxed jazz afternoon full of familiar melodies, pleasant atmosphere and summer vibes with a glass of chilled bubbles.

16:00–17:00 | Šimon & Friends

Rock hits performed by talented pianist Šimon and his band. Well-known songs in an energetic live performance to set the mood for the evening programme.

18:00–21:00 | Pangea – Beatles Revival

The greatest hits of the legendary Beatles performed by one of the best revival bands. Come and sing along to timeless classics and end the day in style.

Sparkling wines will naturally take centre stage. On offer will be French crémants, authentic champagne and Spanish cava made using the traditional méthode champenoise. Visitors will have the opportunity to compare different styles of sparkling wines and discover new flavours.

There will also be a gastronomic programme. Throughout the day, burgers and other specialities will be grilled, ice cream in several flavours will be available, and refreshments for visitors of all ages.

We've also thought of the children, with a bouncy castle on hand.

"We want people to come above all to relax, enjoy a glass of good wine, something delicious to eat and have a pleasant day with friends and family," say the organisers from Le Mimosa.

The Bubbles on the Embankment 2026 event will take place on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 on the embankment in Zlín. Admission is free.
